Stella believes in the transformative power of therapeutic relationships built on trust, warmth, and transparency. Stella creates safe, judgment-free spaces where her clients are empowered to embrace their authentic selves and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Stella’s practice is trauma-informed and integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, to foster lasting positive change in her clients. Above all else, Stella works collaboratively with her clients to explore what matters most to them and set meaningful goals that align with their values.

Stella has extensive experience supporting the perinatal population, as well as those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and stress management. Stella is committed to supporting her clients on their journey towards personal growth, healing, and a more fulfilling life.



  • Stella double-majored in Psychology and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan where she graduated with distinction. She received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University’s Family Institute and is licensed to practice mental health counseling in New York and Michigan.
