Therapy is one of the most personal experiences and therefore, Jennie believes in a very individualized approach. Jennie’s approach is eclectic, but draws heavily from a psychodynamic framework. In pursuit of this, Jennie makes it a mission to foster a warm and safe therapeutic environment, wherein clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. As a therapist, Jennie is motivational, open and attentive. She will hold space for you through it all. Jennie will make room for conflict and unhappiness and welcome adversity.
